Wide Ranging Experience

Dr. Deni has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and senior military service college levels, in North America and Europe.


At the U.S. Army War College, Dr. Deni has taught courses on European Regional Studies, NATO, and Congress and U.S. Foreign Policy. He is also an adjunct professor at the American University's School of International Service in Washington, DC, where he has taught graduate practica on intelligence analysis.


Previously, Dr. Deni taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels at Heidelberg University, Germany’s oldest university and one of Europe’s premier academic institutions.  His course offerings in Heidelberg included U.S. Foreign Policy, NATO and the U.S. Role in European Security, U.S. Security Policy Since 9/11, and Alliances in International Relations.
